Representatives Not Personally Liable. No elected or appointed official, agent, employee or representative of the City shall be personally liable to the Developer in the event of any default or breach by any party under this Agreement, or for any amount which may become due to any party or on any obligations under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Trustees, Shareholders, etc. Not Personally Liable; Notice All persons extending credit to, contracting with or having any claim against the Trust or a particular series or class of Shares shall look only to the assets of the Trust or the assets of that particular series or class of Shares for payment under such credit, contract or claim; and neither the Shareholders nor the Trustees, nor any of the Trust’s officers, employees or agents, whether past, present or future, shall be personally liable therefor.   • Personally Owned Professional Material The employer shall reimburse an employee to a maximum of $150 for loss, damage or personal insurance deductible to personally owned professional material brought to the employee’s workplace to assist in the execution of the employee’s duties, provided that: a. The loss or damage is not the result of negligence on the part of the employee claiming compensation; b. The claim for loss or damage exceeds ten (10) dollars; c. If applicable, a copy of the claim approval from their insurance carrier shall be provided to the employer; d. The appropriate Principal or Vice-Principal reports that the loss was sustained while on assignment for the employer.

  • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State unless he has a fixed base regularly available to him in the other Contracting State for the purpose of performing his activities. If he has such a fixed base, the income may be taxed in the other State but only so much of it as is attributable to that fixed base. 2.
