Repurchase of Notes at the Option of Holders Sample Clauses

The 'Repurchase of Notes at the Option of Holders' clause gives noteholders the right to require the issuer to buy back their notes under certain conditions. Typically, this right is triggered by specific events such as a change of control, asset sales, or other significant corporate actions, and the repurchase is usually at a predetermined price, often at par or with a premium. This clause protects investors by providing them with an exit option if the issuer undergoes major changes that could affect the value or risk profile of the notes.
