Request for Quotations. Pre-qualified Pool members will be invited to participate in a Request for Quotations process for requested services when price is the only criteria.   • Listings or Quotation The Company shall promptly secure the listing or quotation of the Conversion Shares upon each national securities exchange, automated quotation system or The National Association of Securities Dealers Inc.'s Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") or other market, if any, upon which shares of Common Stock are then listed or quoted (subject to official notice of issuance) and shall use its best efforts to maintain, so long as any other shares of Common Stock shall be so listed, such listing of all Conversion Shares from time to time issuable under the terms of this Agreement. The Company shall maintain the Common Stock's authorization for quotation on the OTCBB.

  • Rate Quotations The Borrower may call the Administrative Agent on or before the date on which a Loan Request is to be delivered to receive an indication of the rates then in effect, but it is acknowledged that such projection shall not be binding on the Administrative Agent or the Lenders nor affect the rate of interest which thereafter is actually in effect when the election is made.
