Common use of Requested Written Information Clause in Contracts

Requested Written Information. A. Upon request of the affected employee or Association representative, the Agency will provide to the affected employee or Association representative written verification of a positive drug test after the Agency receives such written verification of a positive drug test. B. The number of random drug tests conducted and the number of positive drug tests will be sent to the Association on a quarterly basis. C. Upon the Association’s written request, the Agency will obtain from the State Contractor, the location of prior random drug testing for the previous calendar quarter for the Agency for which the Association seeks such information. The Association shall pay any costs associated with obtaining the information requested by the Association.
