Requests for Clarification. 2.10.1. Participants who have provided the Company with contact details of the Authorized Representative in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.2 (Authorized Representative) hereunder, may raise questions and requests for clarifications or interpretations to the Tender Documents, in writing, by no later than the deadline for the submission of requests for clarifications as set forth in Section 1.5 (Anticipated Schedule) (“Request(s) for Clarification(s)”).
