Requests for Copies Clause Samples

Requests for Copies. Immediately after ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ receives the request by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Merchant will provide to Bank either the original or a legible copy (in a size comparable to the actual Sales Draft) of the paper Sales Draft and any other documentary evidence available to Merchant that Settlor reasonably requests to meet Bank's or ISO’s obligations under law (including any obligations of Bank under the Fair Credit Billing Act) or otherwise to respond to questions concerning Cardholder accounts.

Immediately after Merchant receives the request by Provider, Merchant will provide to Provider either the original or a legible copy (in a size comparable to the actual Transaction Record) of the paper Transaction Record and any other documentary evidence available to Merchant that Provider reasonably requests to meet Provider's obligations under Law (including its obligations under the Fair Credit Billing Act) or otherwise to respond to questions concerning Cardholder accounts.

Within two business days following ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of a request by Peoples Trust, Merchant will provide to Peoples Trust either the original or a legible copy (in a size comparable to the actual Sales Draft) of the paper Sales Draft and any other documentary evidence available to Merchant that Peoples Trust reasonably requests to meet Peoples Trust’s obligations under applicable Laws or otherwise to respond to questions concerning Cardholder accounts.

Within two business days following ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of a request by Processor, Merchant will provide to Processor either the original or a legible copy (in a size comparable to the actual Sales Draft) of the paper Sales Draft and any other documentary evidence available to Merchant that Processor reasonably requests to meet Processor’s obligations under applicable law or otherwise to respond to questions concerning Cardholder accounts.

Within 3 days of receipt of any written or verbal request by Bank and SPS, Merchant shall provide either the actual paper Sales Draft, Credit Voucher and/or Debit Card Sales or a legible copy thereof (in size comparable to the actual voucher or draft ) and any other documentary evidence available to Merchant and reasonably requested by Bank or SPS to meet Bank’s obligations under law (including its obligations under the Fair Credit Billing Act) or otherwise to respond to questions concerning Cardholder accounts.

Within three calendar (3) days of receipt of any written or verbal request by ARC, Entity shall provide either the actual paper ARC Pay Transaction, Credit Voucher and/or Debit Card Sales or a legible copy thereof (in size comparable to the actual voucher or draft ) and any other documentary evidence available to Entity and reasonably requested by ARC to meet its obligations under law (including its obligations under the Fair Credit Billing Act) or otherwise to respond to questions concerning Cardholder accounts.
