Requests for Negotiations Sample Clauses
The "Requests for Negotiations" clause establishes the process by which one party may formally initiate discussions to modify, clarify, or resolve issues related to the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for submitting a negotiation request, such as required notice, the information to be included, and any timeframes for response. By providing a structured mechanism for opening negotiations, the clause helps ensure that both parties address concerns in an orderly and documented manner, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating the resolution of disputes or changes.
