Notification in Writing. Counsel for a Party shall promptly notify counsel for the other Party in writing of any perceived non-compliance with the terms of this Agreement, or any other perceived dispute(s) related to the terms, processes, or obligations set forth in this Agreement.

Notification in Writing. When an employee is disciplined, suspended or discharged, the employee and the Union shall be notified in writing. Any employ- ee discharged away from his/her home Service Center shall be pro- vided expeditious transportation to his/her home Service Center at the Company’s expense.

Notification in Writing. Any Settling Party’s dispute concerning the interpretation, implementation, monitoring, modification pursuant to Section 13.2, and compliance with this Agreement shall be brought in writing to the attention of the other Settling Parties.

Notification in Writing. The Union shall promptly notify the Company in writing of the names of the employees comprising the Union Committee and of any changes in the personnel thereof. The Company shall inform the Union, in writing, of the supervisors and managers with whom said Union Committee shall deal and changes in personnel thereof.

Notification in Writing. If a Party believes that any other Party has not complied with any provision of the Agreement or Confidential Addendum, that Party shall provide the other Party with a Notice containing the following information: (i) the alleged act of non-compliance; (ii) a reference to the specific provision(s) of this Agreement or Confidential Addendum that are involved; (iii) a statement of the remedial action sought by the initiating Party; and (iv) a brief statement of the specific facts, circumstances and legal argument supporting the position of the initiating Party.
