Common use of Requests for Release Time Clause in Contracts

Requests for Release Time. Requests for the use of grievance or hearing release time shall be made to the Superintendent of Highways as far in advance as possible. Requests shall not be unreasonably denied. An employee requesting such leave shall not leave the worksite until it has been approved by the Superintendent of Highways.
