Common use of Required Mechanical Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Required Mechanical Completion Date. Contractor shall achieve Mechanical Completion of the Work no later than March 15, 2008 (“Required Mechanical Completion Date”), as may be adjusted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Required Mechanical Completion Date shall only be adjusted by Change Order as provided under this Agreement.
