Required Uses. Lessee may use the Premises only for the following purposes: as a quality dinosaur and regional history museum for the enjoyment and education of the residents of the City of Fruita, Colorado, and its other visitors, with state-of-the-art displays, laboratory capacity, lectures, expeditions or dig activities, presentations and special events. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s operations upon the Premises will provide a place for gaining experiences that lead to learning how to learn, think and to communicate while using dinosaurs as a focus. It is understood by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ that displays need to be rotated on a regular basis in such a fashion that displays do not become “stale” resulting in loss of interest on the part of the public and a reduction in attendance and repeat visits. There will be a working fossil laboratory as an activity exhibit on methods and techniques of fossil extraction. Public programming may consist of regular classes, workshops, seminars, teachers’ workshops, lectures, films and children’s activities. Advertising by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be accomplished through a variety of means such as radio, TV, internet/website, advertising, magazines and periodicals, direct mail, brochures, billboards, creature shows/exhibits, special events, feature stories and regular public service announcements. The museum located on the Premises shall be operated and open to the general public on a year- round basis during reasonable business hours, excluding major holidays. Lessee shall be obligated at all times to have fully qualified people on staff to assure that the requisite purposes and quality of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s operations, as expressed herein, are met.
Required Uses. Tenant shall provide, on a non-exclusive basis, the following services:  Dispense United States currency.  Provide access to network support for no less than four (4) of the following networks: Plus, Star, Cirrus, Global Access and Interlink, and accept no less than four (4) of the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and Diner’s Club.  Provide a written receipt of each transaction.  Provide display function on user operation.  Each Terminal must have at least one ATM unit capable of receiving deposits.  Display transaction fee/surcharge information.  Surcharge shall be at $2.50 for each non-bank member card holder transaction.  Post a toll free number for customer service inquiries.  Provide automated teller assistance unit per Terminal.  Dispense gift cards issued or approved by by the Airport.
Required Uses. The Premises shall be used for banking and financial operations and for no other use, unless agreed to in writing by Landlord. Tenant hereby accepts the Premises in the condition they are in at the beginning of this Lease and agrees to maintain same in the manner as hereinafter described.
Required Uses. Tenant's use of the Premises shall be for the purpose of promoting the development and operation of a bird rehabilitation facility which services may include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Rehabilitate wild birds of prey. 2. Release recuperated wild birds of prey. 3. Provide free year-round educational programs to the public. 4. Provide permanent housing for a maximum of fourteen (14) non-releasable birds of prey at any given time. 5. Provide a medical facility for the care of birds of prey.
Required Uses. Throughout the term of this Lease, Lessee shall provide the following uses, services and activities (“Required Uses”): Use the Premises to produce artwork, as more particularly described in Exhibit B.

Required Uses. Amounts provided under a grant under this section shall be used to— (2) of subsection (a) that— (i) are designed to train medical, psy- chology, dental, social work, nursing, and other health profession students, interns, residents, fellows, or current health care providers to provide universal education on healthy relationships and provide trau- ma-informed health care services (includ- ing mental or behavioral health care serv- ices and referrals to appropriate commu- nity services) to individuals who are or who have been victims of domestic vio- lence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking; (ii) plan and develop training compo- nents that center the experiences of, and are developed in collaboration with, cul- turally specific individuals and American Indians and Alaska Natives, and include community-defined practices such as the use of doulas, midwives, and traditional healers, for integration into approved in- ternship, residency, and fellowship train- ing or continuing medical or other health education training that address physical, mental, and behavioral health issues, in- cluding protective factors, related to do- mestic violence, dating violence, sexual as- sault, stalking, and other forms of vio- lence and abuse (including labor and sex trafficking), focus on reducing health in- equities and preventing violence and abuse, and include the primacy of victim safety and confidentiality; (iii) are designed to be inclusive of the experiences of all individuals, including LGBT individuals, and include training on improving equity and reducing disparities in access to health care services and pre- vention resources; and (iv) include training on the use of a uni- versal prevention education approach to both prevent and respond to domestic vio- lence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking in health care settings;

Café: Tenant may include a food and beverage café within the Banking Center as part of its business operation. Tenant must submit a proposal for the café operation to the Airport for review and approval. If the Airport approves, Tenant shall submit designs to the Airport Design Review Committee, and ensure that it meets code enforcement as required by applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations. The café must meet the following requirements:  Provide standard café food and beverage offerings that include grab and go items such as coffee, pastries, fruit, salads, and sandwiches.  Tenant’s prices for its offerings must be the same or comparable to its other locations outside of the Airport, and shall comply with the Airport’s “street pricing program”. Required Uses. Throughout the term of this Lease, Lessee shall provide the following uses, services and activities (“Required Uses”): 5.1.1 Uses consistent with Lessee’s business purposes which includes retail sales of used and new books, ancillary items (cards, t-shirts, paper, and similar products), and museum merchandise. 5.1.2 1 860 square feet of space on the upper level of the old Town of Los Gatos Library located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇, as shown on Exhibit A. 5.1.3 Lessee may request to reserve the conference room once a month in the new public library and the outdoor Town deck adjacent to Lessee’s space in accordance with the Town’s Facility Use Policy

Related to Required Uses

  • Permitted Uses BA shall use Protected Information only for the purpose of performing BA’s obligations under the Contract and as permitted or required under the Contract and Addendum, or as required by law. Further, BA shall not use Protected Information in any manner that would constitute a violation of the Privacy Rule or the HITECH Act if so used by CE. However, BA may use Protected Information as necessary (i) for the proper management and administration of BA;

  • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:

  • Permitted Use (a) Tenant shall, at all times during the Term, and at any other time that Tenant shall be in possession of any Property, continuously use and operate, or cause to be used and operated, such Property as a skilled nursing/ intermediate care/independent living/assisted living/ special care/group home facility as currently operated, and any uses incidental thereto. Tenant shall not use (and shall not permit any Person to use) any Property, or any portion thereof, for any other use without the prior written consent of Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. No use shall be made or permitted to be made of any Property and no acts shall be done thereon which will cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering such Property or any part thereof (unless another adequate policy is available) or which would constitute a default under any ground lease affecting such Property, nor shall Tenant sell or otherwise provide to residents or patients therein, or permit to be kept, used or sold in or about any Property any article which may be prohibited by law or by the standard form of fire insurance policies, or any other insurance policies required to be carried hereunder, or fire underwriter’s regulations. Tenant shall, at its sole cost (except as expressly provided in Section 5.1.2(b)), comply or cause to be complied with all Insurance Requirements. Tenant shall not take or omit to take, or permit to be taken or omitted to be taken, any action, the taking or omission of which materially impairs the value or the usefulness of any Property or any part thereof for its Permitted Use. (b) In the event that, in the reasonable determination of Tenant, it shall no longer be economically practical to operate any Property as currently operated, Tenant shall give Landlord Notice thereof, which Notice shall set forth in reasonable detail the reasons therefor. Thereafter, Landlord and Tenant shall negotiate in good faith to agree on an alternative use for such Property, appropriate adjustments to the Additional Rent and other related matters; provided, however, in no event shall the Minimum Rent be reduced or abated as a result thereof. If Landlord and Tenant fail to agree on an alternative use for such Property within sixty (60) days after commencing negotiations as aforesaid, Tenant may market such Property for sale to a third party. If Tenant receives a bona fide offer (an “Offer”) to purchase such Property from a Person having the financial capacity to implement the terms of such Offer, Tenant shall give Landlord Notice thereof, which Notice shall include a copy of the Offer executed by such third party. In the event that Landlord shall fail to accept or reject such Offer within thirty (30) days after receipt of such Notice, such Offer shall be deemed to be rejected by Landlord. If Landlord shall sell the Property pursuant to such Offer, then, effective as of the date of such sale, this Agreement shall terminate with respect to such Property, and the Minimum Rent shall be reduced by an amount equal to the product of the net proceeds of sale received by Landlord multiplied by the Interest Rate. If Landlord shall reject (or be deemed to have rejected) such Offer, then, effective as of the proposed date of such sale, this Agreement shall terminate with respect to such Property, and the Minimum Rent shall be reduced by an amount equal to the product of the projected net proceeds determined by reference to such Offer multiplied by the Interest Rate.
