The Indian Tribe agrees that if it is authorized to make subawards under this award, the Indian Tribe: 1 Must notify potential subrecipients that no entity (see definition in Paragraph 8.c(3)(c)3 of this Tribal Transit Program Master Agreement) may receive a subaward under the Grant Agreement for the Tribal Transit Project unless the entity has provided its DUNS number to the Indian Tribe that is the recipient of that Grant Agreement for the Tribal Transit Project. 2 Make no subaward to an entity unless the entity has provided its DUNS number to the Indian Tribe of that Grant Agreement for the Tribal Transit Project.
