Requirement to Work. No Artist shall work without the written consent of Equity for any Engager which: (i) has failed to abide by any arbitration award or, where permitted herein, by any final determination of the Executive Director of Equity; or (ii) has defaulted by not meeting past financial obligations to Equity or Artists and has been placed on Equity's Defaulting Engager list.
