Requirements and Availability Clause Samples

The "Requirements and Availability" clause defines the obligations regarding the provision and accessibility of goods, services, or resources under the agreement. It typically outlines what specific requirements must be met by one or both parties, such as quality standards, delivery timelines, or minimum service levels, and details when and how these goods or services will be made available. By clearly specifying these expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes by ensuring both parties are aware of their responsibilities and the conditions under which the agreement will be fulfilled.
