REQUIREMENTS OF OPERATIONS Clause Samples

The "Requirements of Operations" clause defines the standards and procedures that must be followed during the execution of a contract or project. It typically outlines specific operational protocols, safety measures, and compliance obligations that the parties must adhere to while performing their duties. For example, it may require adherence to industry regulations, use of approved materials, or maintenance of certain performance levels. This clause ensures that all operational activities meet agreed-upon criteria, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and promoting consistent, high-quality outcomes.
