Resolution of PNCs Sample Clauses

The "Resolution of PNCs" clause establishes the procedures for addressing and resolving Potential Non-Conformities (PNCs) identified during a project or contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines the steps parties must take when a PNC is detected, such as notification requirements, investigation processes, and timelines for corrective actions. For example, if a product or service does not meet agreed specifications, the clause would dictate how the issue is reported and rectified. Its core function is to ensure that any deviations from standards are systematically managed, thereby minimizing disruptions and maintaining quality control throughout the engagement.
