Resources and Training Sample Clauses

The 'Resources and Training' clause outlines the obligations of one or both parties to provide necessary materials, tools, or instruction to ensure effective performance under the agreement. This may include supplying access to software, equipment, or documentation, as well as conducting training sessions for staff or users to familiarize them with relevant processes or systems. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have the knowledge and resources required to fulfill their contractual duties, thereby reducing misunderstandings and enhancing overall efficiency.
Resources and Training. The Contractor shall procure that: there shall be at all times a sufficient number of staff (including all relevant grades of supervisory staff) engaged in the provision of the Services with the requisite level of skill and experience. This obligation shall include ensuring that there are sufficient staff to cover periods of holiday, sickness, other absences and anticipated and actual peaks in demand for each of the Services; and all staff receive such training and supervision as is necessary to ensure the proper performance of the Services under this Agreement. Personnel Policies and Procedures The Contractor shall procure that there are set up and maintained by it and by all sub-contractors involved in the provision of the Services, personnel policies and procedures covering all relevant matters (including discipline, grievance, equal opportunities and health and safety). The Contractor shall procure that the terms and implementation of such policies and procedures comply with Legislation and Good Industry Practice and that they are published in written form and that copies of them (and any revisions and amendments to them) are forthwith issued to the Authority. OPERATING MANUAL Maintenance of Manual The Contractor shall throughout the Services Period maintain and update an operating and maintenance manual setting out the procedures for providing the Services (the Operating Manual). Access to Manual The Contractor shall at the request of the Authority provide the Authority with access to the Operating Manual in order to demonstrate that the Contractor has complied with its obligation to maintain and update the Operating Manual under clause 33.1 (Maintenance of Manual). Copy on Termination On termination of this Agreement (howsoever arising including expiry), the Contractor shall within ten (10) Business Days provide a copy of the Operating Manual to the Authority. Resources and Training. The Contractor shall procure that: (a) there shall be at all times a sufficient number of staff (including all relevant grades of supervisory staff): (i) engaged in the provision of the Services with the requisite level of skill and experience in order to enable the Contractor to comply with and perform its obligations under this Agreement; and (ii) to cover periods of holiday, sickness, other absences and anticipated and actual peaks in demand for the Services; and (b) all staff receive such training and supervision, at the Contractor’s cost: (i) as is necessary to ensure the proper performance of the Services under this Agreement; (ii) to the standard appropriate for their particular positions; and (iii) subject to Part 12 (Changes) (as applicable), to updated or modified standards as identified and notified to the Contractor from time to time.
Resources and Training. The LEP shall procure that: there shall at all times be a sufficient number of staff (including all relevant grades of supervisory staff) engaged in the provision of the Partnering Services with the requisite level of skill and experience. This obligation shall include ensuring that there are sufficient staff to cover periods of holiday, sickness, other absence and anticipated and actual peaks in demand for each of the Partnering Services; and all staff receive such training and supervision as is necessary to ensure the proper performance of the Partnering Services under this Agreement.
Resources and Training. The Private Party shall ensure that: 26.1 There shall at all times be a sufficient number of staff (including all relevant grades of supervisory staff) engaged in the provision of the Services with the requisite level of skill and experience. 26.2 To avoid doubt, this obligation shall include: 26.2.1 ensuring that there are sufficient staff to cover periods of holiday, sickness, other absences; and 26.2.2 ensuring that all staff receive such training and supervision as is necessary to ensure the proper performance of the Services, maintenance of a quality service in accordance with the quality assessment plans and systems established and compliance with all applicable health and safety rules, procedures and requirements.

Resources and Training. 29.10.1 The Contractor shall: (a) ensure that there shall be at all times sufficient Contractor Personnel (including all relevant grades of supervisory staff) engaged in provision of the Services with the requisite level of skill and experience. This obligation shall include ensuring that there are sufficient Contractor Personnel to cover periods of holiday, sickness, other absences and anticipated and actual peaks in demand for the Services; (b) ensure that all Contractor Personnel receive such training and supervision as is necessary to ensure the proper performance of the Services; (c) bear the project familiarisation and other costs associated with any replacement of any Contractor Personnel; (d) ensure that the Contractor Personnel cause minimum disruption to the Authority when providing the Services; and (e) separately from its obligations under Clause 29.13, use its reasonable endeavours to ensure continuity of Contractor Personnel. 29.10.2 The Authority may direct the Contractor to end the involvement in the provision of the Services of any of the Contractor Personnel whom the Authority believes (acting reasonably) represents a security risk. The Authority may following consultation with the Contractor and where a plan to remedy the issue cannot be agreed, direct the Contractor to end the involvement in the provision of the Services of any of the Contractor Personnel whom the Authority believes (acting reasonably) does not have the required levels of training and expertise in order to provide the Services.
Resources and Training. The University will maintain a course (learning) management system and the necessary hardware and software to support online, blended, and web-enhanced courses. Technical support and training for the use of distance learning technology will be provided to all faculty. Training will include the introduction to best practices and the utilization of new technologies in distance learning so that the University online and distance learning offerings are high quality and current with latest developments.
