RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR SERVICE. COMPANY shall respond promptly to requests for service made by Members of User. COMPANY will provide professional assistance to the Member in a manner to resolve the request for service in the sole discretion of COMPANY. Services under this agreement specifically excludes any legal representation or representation before the IRS of the Member or User. Under the COMPANY’S Tax Reimbursement Benefit, any reimbursement to Member for any tax liability, penalty or interest deemed payable by COMPANY will be in an amount up to but not to exceed $2,500.00 and will be reimbursed to the customer after a receipt of payment to the IRS is provided to COMPANY. COMPANY reserves the right to exclude the Reimbursement provisions of the Program in states that may not authorize the provision of this benefit.

RESPONSE TO A REQUEST FOR SERVICE. The Transmission Provider shall respond to a request for transmission service from a Transmission Requester in accordance with, as applicable, the provisions of Service Schedule F, the Transmission Provider's tariffs filed pursuant to Section 8.3.2, any regional or subregional tariff established or approved by the Regional Transmission Committee, or by an agreement to provide the requested transmission service. A response to a request for transmission service of a type not provided for by Service Schedule F, the Transmission Provider's tariffs, or any applicable regional or subregional tariff established or approved by the Regional Transmission Committee, shall be made in accordance with requirements established by the Regional Transmission Committee or, where such requirements have not been established, in accordance with FERC's then-applicable policies regarding such responses.

Under the COMPANY’S BOI Penalty Reiumbursement Program, any reimbursement to MEMBER for any additional fees deemed payable will be in an amount up to but not to exceed $10,000.00 and will be reimbursed to the MEMBER on USER’s behalf after evidence of fine or penalty payments to FinCEN or another government agency is provided to COMPANY. COMPANY reserves the right to exclude the reimbursement provisions of the COMPANY PROGRAM in states that may not authorize the provision of this benefit. ▇▇▇▇ agrees to cooperate with COMPANY and provide all relevant MEMBER documents as requested.

  • Request for a Panel 1. Unless the Parties agree on a different period for consultations, a complaining Party may request in writing the establishment of a Panel if the consultation referred to in the Article 176 (Consultations) fails to resolve a matter within 60 days, after the date of receipt of the request for consultations or 50 days in case of urgent matters. 2. The complaining Party shall deliver the request to the other Party, indicating at least, the reason of the request, the identification of the measure, an indication of the provision of this Agreement that it considers relevant and an indication of the legal basis of the complaint.
