Responsibility Pay. (a) An employee who is designated in writing to relieve the Director of Care, shall be paid fifteen dollars ($15.00) per shift for each shift so worked, in addition to their regular rate of pay. Where a Home changes its schedule to 12-hour tours, this rate will be converted to twenty-two dollars and fifty cents ($22.50) per shift (Refer to Articles 15.07, 15.09 & 15.12). (b) The Employer shall, when no supervisor is on duty, designate one employee when employees are on duty, to be in charge on those evening, night, or weekend shifts.
