  • Responsibilities of Both Parties 6.1 The CLEC providing the circuit between CLEC’s office and SBC-12STATE’s office shall make such circuits available for use in connection with the DA services covered herein.   • Licensee Responsibilities Licensee is responsible for Licensee’s Users’ compliance with this Agreement. Licensee is responsible for all of Licensee’s uses and accounts. Licensee will be responsible for maintaining the security of Licensee’s accounts, passwords and files. Licensee and Users cannot share Licensee’s accounts or passwords or allow any third party to use Licensee’s accounts or passwords. Licensee will exercise reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use of the Software.

  • Responsibility for Damages Contractor is responsible for all damage that occurs as a result of Contractor’s fault or negligence or that of its’ employees, agents, or representatives in connection with the performance of this Contract. Contractor shall immediately report any such damage to people and/or property to the Contract Administrator.
