The Rest Area clause designates specific locations where individuals, such as employees or contractors, are permitted to take breaks during their work shifts. Typically, this clause outlines the standards for these areas, such as cleanliness, accessibility, and amenities provided, and may specify whether the rest area is on-site or off-site.
