5.6.5.3 If on the instructions of the company, such Company instructs an employee resumes to resume or continues to continue work without having had such ten consecutive hours off duty the rest break outlined in sub-clause 15.5(b), the employee will be paid at double the applicable overtime rates until the they cease work. The employee is released from duty for such period and will then also be entitled to be absent until the employee has had ten 10 consecutive hours off duty without loss of pay for ordinary working time occurring during such their absence.
5.6.5.4 (e) Where an employee is re-called to work after their ordinary ceasing time, overtime worked in such circumstances will not be regarded as overtime for the purposes of this sub-clause 15.5 where the actual time worked by the employee is less than two hours on the re-call or on each of the re-calls.
(f) The provisions of this subclause sub-clause 15.5 will not apply in the case event of shift workers as if eight hours were substituted for ten hours when overtime is worked:
a) For fire, flood, natural disaster or any other such circumstances which may arise beyond the purpose control of changing shift rosters; or
b) Where a shift worker does not report for duty and a day worker or a shift worker is required to replace such shift worker; or

5.6.5.3 If on the instructions of the company, such an employee resumes or continues to work without having had such ten consecutive hours off duty the employee will be paid at double rates until the employee is released from duty for such period and will then be entitled to be absent until the employee has had ten 10 consecutive hours off duty without loss of pay for ordinary working time occurring during such absence.

23.4.6 Overtime will not be payable in the case of a change of shifts agreed to between Employees themselves. Such arrangements are subject to the approval of the Company and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Rest Period After Overtime. 5.6.5.1 30.4.1 When overtime work is necessary it must, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive working days.
30.4.2 An employee (other than a casual employee) who works so much overtime: Between overtime between the termination of the employee’s his or her ordinary work on one day or shift, and the commencement of the employee’s their ordinary work on the next day or shift that the employee has not had at least ten 10 consecutive hours off duty between these times; or on Saturdaysthose times must, Sundays and holidays, (not being ordinary working days) or on a rostered day off, without having had ten consecutive hours off duty in the 24 hours preceding the employee’s ordinary commencing time on the next ordinary day or shift; will subject to this subclause sub-clause, be released after completion of such the overtime until the employee has had ten hours off duty without loss of pay for ordinary working time occurring during such absence.
5.6.5.2 An employee who has worked continuously (except for meal and crib times allowed by this agreement) for twenty hours will not be required to continue at or commence work for at least twelve hours.
5.6.5.3 If on the instructions of the company, such an employee resumes or continues to work without having had such ten consecutive hours off duty the employee will be paid at double rates until the employee is released from duty for such period and will then be entitled to be absent until the employee has had ten 10 consecutive hours off duty without loss of pay for ordinary working time occurring during such absence.
5.6.5.4 30.4.3 If on the instructions of the Company an employee resumes or continues work without having had the 10 consecutive hours off duty the employee must be paid at double rates until he or she is released from duty for such period. The employee is then entitled to be absent until he or she has had 10 consecutive hours off duty without loss of pay for ordinary working time occurring during the absence.
30.4.4 By agreement between the Company and individual employee, the 10 hour break provided for in this clause may be reduced to a period no less than 8 hours.
30.4.5 The provisions of this subclause sub-clause will apply in the case of shift workers as if eight hours were substituted for ten 10 hours when overtime is worked:
(a) For for the purpose of changing shift rosters; or
(b) Where where a shift worker does not report for duty and a day worker or a shift worker is required to replace such the shift worker; or
(c) Where where a shift is worked by arrangement between the employees themselves.
