Rest Periods and Lunch Periods. All employees shall be allowed, without a reduction in pay, one (1) fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three and three-quarters (3-3/4) hours worked. Such time shall be included in the regular work day. A thirty minute(30) minute unpaid meal period shall be provided each employee scheduled to work five (5) or more hours per day. Meal periods shall be scheduled as close as possible to the middle of the employee's shift.

Rest Periods and Lunch Periods. 8.01 - All regular full and part-time employees working four (4) or more hours a day shall be allowed, without a reduction in pay, entitled to one (1) rest period, fifteen (15) minute minutes in duration with pay. This rest period for each three and three-quarters shall come within the first four (3-3/44) hours worked. Such time shall be included in the regular work day. A thirty minute(30) minute unpaid meal period shall be provided each employee scheduled to work five (5) or more hours per day. Meal periods shall be scheduled as close as possible to the middle of the employee's shiftemployment. Employees working less than four (4) hours a day shall not be entitled to a rest period.
8.02 - The Employer shall schedule the rest period so as not to leave any working station understaffed in such a manner that the needs of the patients cannot be met.
