Restart Sample Clauses

A Restart clause allows parties to resume the performance of contractual obligations after a temporary suspension or interruption. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which activities can recommence, such as after a force majeure event or a mutually agreed pause, and may specify any required notice periods or procedures for restarting work. Its core function is to provide a clear mechanism for continuing the contract after disruptions, ensuring both parties understand how and when obligations will be reinstated, thereby minimizing confusion and disputes.
