Restrictions on Use of the Services. Partner acknowledges and agrees that Partner’s use of any Services provided to Partner in connection with Partner’s activities hereunder is governed by the terms of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Master Subscription Agreement found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/company/msa.jsp, unless Partner has a written master subscription agreement executed by SFDC for such Services as referenced in the Documentation, in which case such written ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ master subscription agreement will govern (as applicable, the “MSA”).
