Resumption of Operations. At any time within the period of suspension under the provisions of Section 7.1 Texoga may give written notice of its intention to resume operations at least thirty days prior to such resumption of operations. When operations are resumed, all the provisions of the Agreement shall be in effect once more and the initial term will be extended by the length of the period of suspended operations.
