Return Process. 1. If Customer returns a Toyota Genuine Part(s) that qualified for a rebate, Dealer is required to utilize return functionality in RepairLink within five (5) days of accepting a return from a Customer. 2. If Dealer accepts an order and receives a cancellation of that order before having sent the part to Customer, Dealer must treat the cancellation as a return in RepairLink.
