Return to Five-Day Schedule, Employer's Option Sample Clauses

The 'Return to Five-Day Schedule, Employer's Option' clause gives the employer the authority to require employees to revert to a standard five-day workweek at their discretion. In practice, this means that if employees are working a modified or reduced schedule—such as a four-day workweek or remote work arrangement—the employer can mandate a return to the traditional five-day, in-person schedule with appropriate notice. This clause provides flexibility for the employer to adjust work schedules in response to business needs, ensuring operational control and adaptability.
