Review and Correction of Pupil Records. A Parent or Adult Pupil may review his/her Pupil Records that are retained, stored, hosted, accessed or used by SJCOE by making a request in writing to CLIENT for access to the subject Pupil Records. Subject to CLIENT verification of identity, approval of disclosure and redaction of any Personally Identifiable Information of a Pupil other than the Pupil of the Parent or Adult Pupil, who is making the request, CLIENT will direct SJCOE to provide access to any/all requested Pupil Records within five (5) business days or as otherwise required by law, by issuing the Parent or Adult Pupil a temporary user name and password to log on to the SJCOE’s software/information system to review the requested Pupil Records. This time frame may be extended by written consent of the Parent or Adult Pupil. A Parent or Adult Pupil may submit written corrections to Pupil Records retained, stored, hosted, accessed or used by SJCOE to CLIENT. CLIENT shall have exclusive authority over SJCOE with respect to authorizing disclosure of Pupil Records pursuant to this Agreement.

Vendor must notify the Agency of any such request. Subject to Agency verification of identity, approval of disclosure and redaction of any personally identifiable information of a pupil other than the pupil of the Parent or Adult Pupil, who is making the request, Vendor will provide access to any/all requested Pupil Records within five (5) business days or as otherwise required by law. This time frame may be extended by written consent of the Parent or Adult Pupil. Agency shall have exclusive authority with respect to authorizing disclosure and redaction of pupil information pursuant to this Amendment. Vendor shall permit a Parent or Adult Pupil to submit written corrections to pupil information retained, stored, hosted, accessed or used by Vendor. Vendor shall direct all requests to correct erroneous information to the Agency through the following contact information:

  • Access to Review Materials The Servicer will give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Review Materials for all of the Subject Receivables within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the review notice in one or more of the following ways in the Servicer’s reasonable discretion: (i) by electronic posting of Review Materials to a password-protected website to which the Asset Representations Reviewer has access, (ii) by providing originals or photocopies of documents relating to the Subject Receivables at one of the properties of the Servicer or (iii) in another manner agreed by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer. The Servicer may redact or remove PII from the Review Materials so long as all information in the Review Materials necessary for the Asset Representations Reviewer to complete the Asset Review remains intact and unchanged.

  • Project Records Borrower shall: Make and keep books, records, and accounts, in such reasonable detail, so as to fully, accurately, and fairly reflect the activities of Borrower. Record the Project’s assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, receipts and disbursements in separate accounts from any other assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, receipts and disbursements of Borrower so as to permit the production of a Statement of Financial Position, a Statement of Profit and Loss (Statement of Activities), and a Statement of Cash Flows for Borrower in which the activities of Borrower are separately identifiable from the activities of the Operator, unless Borrower is also Operator. Devise and maintain a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurances that: Transactions are executed, and access to assets is permitted, only in accordance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s authorization; Transactions are accurately and timely recorded to permit the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports in conformity with applicable Program Obligations; Transactions are timely recorded in sufficient detail so as to permit an efficient audit of the Borrower’s books and records in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and other applicable Program Obligations; and Transactions are timely recorded in sufficient detail so as to maintain accountability of the Borrower’s assets. The recorded accountability for assets shall be compared with the existing assets at reasonable intervals, but not less than annually, and appropriate action shall be taken with respect to any differences. Make the books, records and accounts of Borrower available for inspection by HUD or its authorized representatives, after reasonable prior notice, during normal business hours, at the Project or other mutually agreeable location or, at HUD’s request, shall provide legible copies of such documents to HUD or its authorized representatives within a reasonable time after HUD or its authorized representative makes a request for such documents. Include as a requirement in any operating or management contract that the books, records, and accounts of any agent of Borrower, as they pertain to the operations of the Project, shall be kept in accordance with the requirements of this Section 19 and be available for examination by HUD or its authorized representatives after reasonable prior notice during customary business hours at the Project or other mutually agreeable location or, at HUD’s request, the Management Agent shall provide legible copies of such documents to HUD or its authorized representatives within a reasonable time after HUD or its authorized representative makes the request.

  • Inspection of Reports The Depositary shall make available for inspection by holders of Receipts at the Corporate Office and at such other places as it may from time to time deem advisable during normal business hours any reports and communications received from the Company that are both received by the Depositary as the holder of deposited Preferred Stock and made generally available to the holders of the Preferred Stock. In addition, the Depositary shall transmit certain notices and reports to the holders of Receipts as provided in Section 5.05.
