Typically, this clause allows one or both parties to periodically examine timesheets, invoices, or work logs to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreed-upon terms. By providing a mechanism for oversight, the clause helps prevent disputes over time tracking and billing, ensuring transparency and accountability in the management of work hours.
