Review Process and Termination of Bank. At the end of two years, the parties will meet to review the experience 28 history of the Catastrophic Leave Bank and determine the feasibility of 29 the continuing the program. If it is determined to discontinue the 30 program, all remaining sick leave days in the Bank will be distributed 31 equitably to the then current members of the Bank.
