Revision of Local Operating Procedures. 7.1 The Parties agree to meet as requested by either Party to review and consider amendments to the Local Operating Procedures. Such meeting shall occur within one (1) calendar month of the request being made, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties acting reasonably. The Parties shall discuss and negotiate any such proposed amendments in good faith, and shall use reasonable endeavours to agree the extent of any such proposed amendments. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of Clause 3.1 shall apply to any such amendment.
