Common use of Revocation of Suspension Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Suspension. (a) In the event that the Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Revocation of Suspension. (a) 36.3.1 In the event that the Concessioning Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Concessioning Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) 36.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Concessioning Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Revocation of Suspension. (a) 26.2.1 In the event that the Authority Concessionaire shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspensionas mentioned in clause 26.1 above, it Maha-Metro shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority Maha-Metro may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) 26.2.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority Maha-Metro shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

(a) 33.3.1 In the event that the Authority MOR shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority MOR may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) 33.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority MOR shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority Lead ULB may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) 27.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Event of Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority Lead ULB shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Revocation of Suspension. (a) In the 12.3.1 Inthe event that the Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall have the option to revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all the rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) 12.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Event of Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

(b) 24.2.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

(b) 36.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority MPRDC shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Revocation of Suspension. (b) 26.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire Lessee having cured the Concessionaire Lessee Event of Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority Lessor shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire Lessee under this Agreement.

(b) 38.3.2 Upon the Concessionaire having cured the Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
