Right of Way Survey. Perform a search of survey records and existing monuments. Determine the right of way of Elm Street and intersecting streets within the project limits. Adjacent parcel lines will be shown graphically based on County GIS data, scaled to project ground datum. Show all rights- of-way and parcel lines on a base map. All found monuments will be provided to the Engineer in support of future monument perpetuation.
