Common use of Right to Assistance Clause in Contracts

Right to Assistance. (a) The Union shall have the right, at any time, to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. (b) The Employer shall have the right to obtain assistance from outside professionals when dealing or negotiating with the Union.
