Right to suspend duties and powers. 5.2.1 The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to suspend during any notice period or for the purpose of investigating any matter in which the Executive is implicated or involved all or any of the Executive's duties and powers on terms it considers expedient or to require him to perform only such duties, specific projects or tasks as are assigned to him expressly by the Company (including the duties of another position) in any case for such period or periods and at such place or places (including, without limitation, the Executive's home) as the Company in its absolute discretion deems necessary (the "GARDEN LEAVE").
