RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES SECTION A – RECOGNITION. ‌ The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for employees employed by the Employer as certified by the State of Washington, Public Employment Relations Commission in Decision 13158 (PECB, 2020), Case No. 132221-E-19, issued February 6, 2020. The bargaining unit covered by this Agreement shall include all full- time and regular part-time non-uniformed employees of the Employer; excluding supervisors, confidential employees and all other employees of the Employer.
