ROCK SOURCE ON STATE LAND. Rock used in accordance with the quantities on the ROCK LIST may be obtained from the following source(s) on state land at no charge to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall obtain written approval from the Contract Administrator for the use of material from any other source. If other operators are using, or desire to use the rock source(s), a joint operating plan must be developed. All parties shall follow this plan. Purchaser shall notify the Contract Administrator a minimum of 5 days before starting any operations in the listed locations. Rock used in accordance with the quantities on the ROCK LIST may be obtained from the following existing stockpile(s) on state land at no charge to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall not remove additional yardage without prior written approval from the Contract Administrator.
