ROOM CONDITIONS Sample Clauses

The ROOM CONDITIONS clause sets out the specific requirements and standards that must be met regarding the physical state and features of a room or premises. It typically details aspects such as cleanliness, maintenance, safety features, and the presence of necessary fixtures or furnishings at the start and end of a lease or occupancy. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause helps prevent disputes between parties by ensuring both sides understand their responsibilities and the condition in which the room should be maintained or returned.
