ROSTER ARRANGEMENTS. The employer will make every effort to roster employees in a manner that is both fair and equitable and takes into account the preferences of individual employees. If employees have family and or study commitments the employer will attempt to accommodate employees as best as possible, considering the operational requirements of the business.
