Common use of Rotation Clause in Contracts

Rotation. On the day of the employee’s overtime assignment, they may be removed if the 6 employee leaves, without prior approval, for a portion of the workday utilizing personal 7 necessity, vacation, and/or for medical appointments that do not comply with the prior 8 notice requirement provided in Article VIII. 9
