Rough Carpentry Sample Clauses

The Rough Carpentry clause defines the scope and standards for the construction of the building’s basic structural framework, such as framing, subflooring, and roof sheathing. It typically outlines the materials to be used, workmanship requirements, and any relevant codes or specifications that must be followed. By clearly establishing expectations for this foundational phase of construction, the clause helps ensure structural integrity and minimizes disputes over quality or compliance.
