Rounding-Off. The Administrative Agent may set up appropriate rounding off mechanisms or otherwise round-off amounts hereunder to the nearest higher or lower amount in whole Dollar or cent to ensure amounts owing by any party hereunder or that otherwise need to be calculated or converted hereunder are expressed in whole Dollars or in whole cents, as may be necessary or appropriate.
Rounding-Off. For simplicity of the calculation of the pay due, the time worked shall be paid to the nearest minute or may be rounded off to the nearest one-tenth (1/10) hour for each day.

New or Changed Positions In the event the Employer establish any new position, the classification and wage rate for this new position shall be established by the Employer and a written notice shall be given to the Union, and unless written notice of objection thereto by the Union is given to the Employer within twenty (20) days after such notice, such classification and wage rate shall be considered agreed to by the Union. If the classification and/or wage rate established by the employer for such new positions is revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised classification and wage rate shall be effective from the date when the new position was established. In the event the Employer adopts new methods of operation, the Employer shall give written notice to the Union of those existing jobs which have been affected by such new methods of operation with respect to change in job content, and/or required qualifications and if necessary any change in the job classification or wage rate. If notice of objection is not received from the Union within twenty (20) days after such notice, then the classification and wage rate shall be considered agreed to by the Union. If the classification and/or wage rate established by the Employer for such changed jobs are revised as a result of negotiation or arbitration, then the revised classification and wage rate shall be effective from the change in job content and/or requirements. Minimum Hours All permanent employee shall be paid a minimum of seven and one-half (7.5) hours per shift scheduled. All permanent part-time office employees required to report for a shift will be guaranteed four (4) hours minimum per day. Rounding-Off. 12.1. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ generally supports payment amounts that are payable from or to Guests or Hosts to the smallest unit supported by a given currency (i.e., GBP ▇▇▇▇▇, USD cents, Euro cents or other supported currencies). Where ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s third-party payment services provider does not support payments in the smaller unit supported by a given currency, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ may, in its sole discretion, round up or round down the displayed amounts that are payable from or to Guests or Hosts to the nearest whole functional base unit in which the currency is denominated (i.e. to the nearest dollar, Euro or other supported currency); for example, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ may round up an amount of £101.50 to £102.00, and round down an amount of £101.49 to £101.00.

Rounding-Off. Wherever in this Agreement in connection with a Borrowing, conversion, continuation or prepayment of a Term Benchmark Loan, Canadian Prime Loan or an RFR Loan or the issuance, amendment or extension of a Letter of Credit, an amount, such as a required minimum or multiple amount, is expressed in Dollars, but such Revolving Borrowing, Term Benchmark Loan, Canadian Prime Loan, RFR Loan, or Letter of Credit is denominated in an Alternative Currency, such amount shall be the relevant Alternative Currency Equivalent of such Dollar amount (rounded to the nearest unit of such Alternative Currency, with 0.5 of a unit being rounded upward), as determined by the Administrative Agent or the L/C Issuer, as the case may be.
