RULES AND CONDITIONS. Your cooperation and adherence to these rules and conditions are necessary to maintain the park facilities in good condition for those patrons who rent the facilities after you and to keep reasonable rental rates. Failure to comply with these rules and conditions will result in additional charges as noted. An inspection of the premises will be made following rental. Charges for any damages, extra clean-up or extra labor are the responsibility of the party signing the rental agreement. Extra cleaning will be billed at the rate of $20 per hour with a minimum charge of $20. Below are some examples of rules violations that could result in additional charges.
