The salary range or sub-range for each classification shall include a minimum salary rate and maximum salary rate and a Service Salary Increase (SSI) maximum rate. a) The SSI maximum rate shall be increased by five percent (5%) effective with the July 2006 pay period. b) The SSI maximum rate shall be increased by an additional five percent (5%), in addition to the increase resulting from the application of the General Salary Increase and any Market Salary Increase, effective with the July 2007 pay period. This amount shall not be compounded. c) The SSI maximum rate shall be increased by an additional five percent (5%), in addition to the increase resulting from the application of the General Salary Increase and any Market Salary Increase, effective with the July 2008 pay period. This amount shall not be compounded. 20.3 Employee compensation programs, including the General Salary Increase (GSI), the Merit Salary Increase (MSI), the Service Salary Increase (SSI) and the Market Salary Adjustment (MSA), shall be implemented only in fiscal years in which the parties expressly agree to such programs or agree to provide increases in such programs.
S A L A R Y. 20.1 Prior to the implementation of Provision 20.5, the salary schedule for bargaining unit employees in Units 2, 5, 7, and 9 shall be found in Appendix E and incorporated in this Agreement by reference. Effective October 1, 2025, assuming the contingency in Provision 20.5 is met, the salary schedule that pertains to bargaining unit employees in Units 2, 5, 7, and 9 shall be the schedule found in Appendix F of this Agreement as modified by mutual agreement.
S A L A R Y. Base Salary. Commencing on the above Effective Date, Employee's Base Salary shall be two hundred and sixty-five thousand three hundred and fifty six dollars ($265,356.00) per year, which sum shall continue to be paid pursuant to the same procedures established for management employees as they may be amended by District from time to time. The Board shall annually review the Employee's Base Salary for increase, in an amount to be determined by the Board in its discretion, commencing one year from the above Effective Date and on each annual anniversary thereafter.”

Commencing on July 1, 2020, Employee's Base Salary shall be Two Hundred and Forty-Three Thousand Dollars ($243,000.00) per year, which sum shall continue to be paid pursuant to the same procedures established for management employees as they may be amended by the District from time to time. The Board shall annually review the Employee's Base Salary for increase, in an amount to be determined by the Board in its discretion, commencing on July 1, 2022 and on July 1st each year thereafter.”

  • R E C I T A L S A. Pursuant to Legislative authorization, Enterprise Services, on behalf of the State of Washington, is authorized to develop, solicit, and establish enterprise procurement solutions, including statewide contracts for services to support Washington state agencies. See RCW 39.26.050(1). The Washington State Legislature also has authorized Enterprise Services to make these contracts available, pursuant to an agreement in which Enterprise Services ensures full cost recovery, to other local or federal government agencies or entities, public benefit nonprofit organizations, and any tribes located in the State of Washington. See RCW 39.26.050(1) & (2).
