SaaS Solution. Pursuant to the applicable Schedule, LVT will provide to Customer and its Users access to and use of the SaaS Solution. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the SaaS Solution is currently operated and performed from and through Amazon Web Services (“Service Center”) and that Customer Data will be stored on and processed by equipment and systems at such Service Center; provided however, that the foregoing shall not prohibit LVT’s operation and performance of the SaaS Solution from a different service center or location in the United States, including if LVT determines that such different service center or location is necessary pursuant to LVT’s then-current disaster recovery plan or back up plan. Under the applicable Schedule, LVT shall provide to Customer and its Users access to and use of the SaaS Services via the Internet by use of unique User ID’s and passwords. LVT will provide all such User ID’s and passwords to one or more Customer administrators designated by Customer (“Administrators”) who will distribute such information to the Users. LVT will provide all such User ID’s and passwords to the Administrators following LVT’s receipt from Customer of written notice from the applicable Administrator of the name and e-mail address of each such User requiring a User ID and password. Following Customer’s written request to LVT, LVT will terminate the access and use rights associated with the requested User ID and password.

SaaS Solution. Supplier will provide Company with access to and Use of SaaS Software. Supplier grants to Company a nonexclusive, worldwide right and license to Use the SaaS Solution during the Order Term. Commencing on the Effective Date, Supplier will respond to reports of problems by telephone or email communications ("Support Services") in accordance with the Service Level Objectives set forth in Exhibit B.
SaaS Solution. Customer hereby purchases a subscription to the following NICE Justice SaaS Solution, and non-recurring charge implementation Services from NICE: 1.1 NICE Justice SaaS Solution (“Justice SaaS Solution”) as further described in the SOW attached hereto as Attachment 1 and incorporated herein by this reference. Cases Stay Active for 12 months (average) 1.2 Subject at all times to its obligations with respect to Confidential Information, Customer shall reasonably assist NICE to develop: (i) a NICE press release stating that Customer has elected to employ the Justice SaaS Solution for its digital investigation and evidence management software; and (ii) case studies to demonstrate the benefits derived by use of the Justice SaaS Solution.
SaaS Solution. The SaaS solution is a cloud-based application provided to the customer via the Internet. dab: Daten – Analysen & Beratung GmbH is responsible for hosting, main- taining and providing the SaaS solution. The data is processed within the cus- tomer’s Microsoft tenant. It is not hosted on any servers belonging to dab: Daten – Analysen & Beratung GmbH.
SaaS Solution. Clearwater is providing Client with the SaaS Solution. Among other things, Clearwater’s daily investment accounting, compliance, risk, and performance solution provides the following to Client:
SaaS Solution. The SaaS Solution includes, but is not limited to, some or all of the following components, as described in the Documentation and as agreed in the individual agreement between MODUM and you or MODUM and COMPANY: 4.1 Software components, such as the Dashboard, the MODsense Commissioning App, the MODsense Mobile App and/or any firmware embedded in any of the hardware components. 4.2 Hardware components, including accessories thereto, such as any compatible Logger (including but not limited to the MODsense T data logger), NFC pads (not included in some SaaS Solution versions), and/or a barcode scanner or other type of handheld scanner device (not included in some SaaS Solution versions).
SaaS Solution. Customer orders the following annual subscriptions to the SaaS Solution and agrees to pay the corresponding fees associated with the license:
SaaS Solution. If your Whitevision environment is fully hosted by us, we refer to this as a SaaS solution (Software as a Service). Your subscription includes the functionalities you use. If your Whitevision environment is installed on infrastructure provided by you, we refer to this as an on-premise solution. Your subscription then includes a license that allows you to use our software for the duration of the agreement. In both cases, your subscription is composed of the number of users and any additional product components. These user counts and components are listed on your invoice and in your customer portal.

Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of Contractor’s information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.

  • RTT Round-­‐Trip Time or RTT refers to the time measured from the sending of the first bit of the first packet of the sequence of packets needed to make a request until the reception of the last bit of the last packet of the sequence needed to receive the response. If the client does not receive the whole sequence of packets needed to consider the response as received, the request will be considered unanswered.

  • WSIB & LTD An Employee who is receiving benefits under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, or under an LTD plan, is not entitled to benefits under a school board’s sick leave and short-term disability plan for the same condition unless the employee is on a graduated return to work program then WSIB/LTD remains the first payor. For clarity, where an employee is receiving partial benefits under WSIB/LTD, they may be entitled to receive benefits under the sick leave plan, subject to the circumstances of the specific situation. During the interim period from the date of the injury/incident or illness to the date of the approval by the WSIB/LTD of the claim, the employee may access sick leave and short-term leave and disability coverage. A reconciliation of sick leave deductions made and payments provided, will be undertaken by the school board once the WSIB/LTD has adjudicated and approved the claim. In the event that the WSIB/LTD does not approve the claim, the school board shall deal with the absence consistent with the terms of the sick leave and short-term leave and disability plans.
