Safety Management System. 4.1 The Company’s Control Person and the Customer’s Authorised Person shall agree who is to carry out the Operations and the Safety Management System to be used, which shall as a minimum default to the Company’s Distribution Safety Rules and to the Company’s standard technique, ST:OS6E/2 (as updated or superseded from time to time) relating to “Safety Co-ordination at the Interface between the Company and Customer’s Networks”. 4.2 The Company’s Control Person and the Customer’s Authorised Person shall agree the switching Operations to be undertaken in accordance with the Switching Schedule. 4.3 All Operations shall be carried out under the respective System Control.
