Salary Rate Increases. No unit member shall be eligible to receive the following base rate increases if the unit member's performance has been rated as unsatisfactory pursuant to Article XIII of the Agreement. A. Salary Rate Increases for full-time faculty and full-time professional staff for FY 2016 and 2017.
