Salary Rate Increases. 1) Delete Subsections A, B(except for paragraph 5), C, D, E, F and replace with the following Subsections A-G: 21.01 A – April 1, 2005, Across the Board Increase (1.44%) Effective April 3, 2005, there shall be an across the board increase of 1.44%. Said across the board increase shall be distributed to all full-time members of the unit on the payroll as of April 3, 2005, in the same manner and amounts as such would have been distributed as the April 1, 2003, annual update for faculty and unit professional staff, except however that this is only of application to full- time unit members who were employed as of said April 1, 2003.
Salary Rate Increases. (a) The minimum salary rates for Category A Employees, which have been used as the basis for calculating the minimum salary rates for Category B & C employees will be increased as follows: (i) 4.5% on 1 June 2023; (ii) 4.5% on 1 June 2024; and (iii) 3.5% on 1 June 2025 (final increase). Salary Rate Increases. The following shall apply to full-time employees: A. Effective December 31, 2009, employees who meet the eligibility criteria provided in Section 2 of this Article shall receive a one percent (1%) increase in base salary. • If FY10 tax revenues equal or exceed $20.3 billion, employees will receive an additional one percent (1%) increase in salary rate, for a total two percent increase effective December 31, 2009. • If FY10 tax revenues equal or exceed $21.4 billion, employees will receive an additional two percent (2%) increase in salary rate, for a total three percent increase effective December 31, 2009. • In the event that the above revenue indices, or other revenue indices agreed to by the parties are reached in Fiscal Year 2010, HRD will issue a separate memorandum in Fiscal Year 2011, outlining the next steps necessary to make any additional payments to Unit 8 & 10 employees. B. Effective December 31, 2010, employees who meet the eligibility criteria provided in Section 2 of this Article shall receive a three percent (3%) increase in salary rate.

  • SALARY RATES (1) The salary rates for teachers covered by this agreement are set out in Appendix A and are subject to Clauses 9(1)(a) and 9(1)(b) of this agreement: (a) Whilst this agreement remains in force, the Association will maintain the salaries of all teachers covered by this Agreement at one percent above the salaries paid to teachers employed by the Department of Education and Training WA with equivalent qualifications and experience. (b) Clause 9(1)(a) applies to any restructure of classifications within the Department of Education and Training within the life of this Agreement. (2) In the event that the Association believes it is unable to meet its obligations under this section, it shall notify the parties and will reconvene the bargaining unit for the purpose of reviewing salaries and allowances. (3) Teachers with at least four years training (a) be paid in accordance with salary scale B in Appendix A. (b) commence at salary point B1 and progress through the annual increments of the salary scale subject to satisfactory performance until they reach the maximum salary point of salary scale B. (d) who, after appointment, acquire four year trained teacher status, will be paid in accordance with salary scale B from the date they make application to the College for recognition of their four year trained status and will: (i) be appointed to the salary point in the B scale that is nearest but higher than their salary point on the A scale at the time of making the application for recognition of their four year trained status. (ii) retain their anniversary date from the A scale for determining when they are eligible to progress to the next salary points on the B scale. (iii) be entitled to the same benefits as other four year trained teachers including eligibility for appointment to the promotional positions (including Senior Teacher).

  • Rate Increases In the event that this Agreement is renewed pursuant to Section 3.1.2, the rate set forth in Exhibit “C” may be adjusted each year at the time of renewal as set forth in Exhibit “C.”

  • Salary Ranges A. The salary ranges for classifications covered by this Agreement shall be those contained in Appendix D. B. No one may be hired above or below the assigned salary range for his/her classification. Employees whose salaries are above the range assigned to their classification will have their salaries frozen until the salary range increases to include their salary.

  • Salary Increases The Employer agrees to pay the negotiated salary increases to every employee not later than the month following the month in which this Agreement is signed and not later than the month following the month in which any subsequent salary increases become effective.

  • Salary Range The 20 20 - 2 0 2 1 salary range for returning teachers is $39,000 to $75,846. The 2021-2022 salary range for returning teachers is $40,500-$77,392. At the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year, the salaries of returning full-time teachers were between $40,000 and $79,346.
