Salary Survey Implementation. The compensation study that has been prepared by the District will be implemented upon the reestablishment and collection of the District’s User Fee with all positions that are less than 95% of median receiving a salary adjustment to the level of 95% of median. At the time the survey is implemented, the salary ranges/steps will be adjusted for uniformity and will look like the Attachment B titled “Salary Chart After Survey Adjustment” which includes the 3.0% COLA. Employees will be placed in the appropriate range and step for their new salary adjusted for the survey. The revised placements are shown in the Attachment C titled “Salary Range Adjustments by Position after Salary Survey Adjustment.” Should the compensation study not be implemented by June 30, 2018, the Union shall have the right to reopen this Memorandum of Understanding.
Salary Survey Implementation o Effective July 1, 2005, salaries for classifications found to be more than 25% behind prevailing rate, in accordance with the Department of Personnel’s 2002 Salary Survey, will be brought to within 25% of prevailing rate (as listed in Attachment A); provided that this provision will be implemented only to the extent such rate adjustments are funded through the State’s General Fund.

  • Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice and Applicable Reliability Standards as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities (including required control technologies and protection systems) and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer’s Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan initiated by the evaluator. The teacher may provide input at the meeting to review the plan. Improvement plans are utilized when a teacher receives an Evaluation Rating of Ineffective or when an administrator utilizes discretion to place any teacher on an improvement plan at any time based on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system. The approved form for the Improvement Plan is attached to this agreement as Appendix A-9.
